User Administrator/Service Desk Analyst required for a 6 month banking sector assignment, based in EITHER Stockholm, Kaastrup, Oslo OR Helsinki.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience as a user administrator (preferably - Technical)

- Excellent customer service skills

- Familiar with ITIL framework

- Strong IT problem solving skills and familiarity with software installation.

- Technical skills with Active Directory and MS Exchange (preferred)

- Other skills of interest are Windows 7, MS Office & Lync.

To be considered for the assignment you MUST have fluency in English AND the local language (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian OR Danish)

RATES:

Denmark: 360 DKK/h all inclusive
Sweden: 330 SEK/h all inclusive
Norway: 298 NOK/h all inclusive
Finland: 57 EURO/h all inclusive
