Description

CRM Technical Lead is required for a prestigious global professional services company in Central London to coordinate IT for a global roll out a new high profile CRM system.

As CRM Technical Lead you should have previous experience of the challenges around this type of global implementation, such as Change Control, Provisioning and Integration. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Release Management and Coordination
  • IntegrationHub STR and Productionisation
  • Tech Workstream Management
  • Tech Workstream Management
  • PMO planning support
  • Outlook Connector phase Planning and Design

Previous CRM experience is not essential. Knowledge of SQL and/or Messaging would be highly advantageous BUT NOT essential. 

Previous experience working in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential, ie. Law/Legal, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accountancy, Consultancy etc.
