Service Delivery Manager - Brussels - 6 months - EUR /h
A Service Delivery Manager required by a leading client, the candidate will have experience of Delivery Management System (DMS) in an organisation delivering services towards external customers.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Defining and implementing Service delivery agreements with different solution groups and services
* Defining and implementing internal Governance structure
* Defining and implementing the meeting structure with the Customer organizations
* Kicking off of the Service delivery managers meeting
Required:
1. Experience in Service Architecture, Delivery -and Transition
2. Experience of management in IT environments of large and mid-sized companies
3. Senior & Strategic Consulting
4. Program/Project & IT Management
5. Process Management (Operational excellence in Delivery of Services)
6: Fluent in English, Dutch and French
