Duration: 12 months

Job Overview:
This is an opportunity to join a small team (5 people) where innovative ideas and approaches will be encouraged and required.
The team will produce training materials that allow customers to quickly and easily understand what they need to do to complete various implementation processes.
We are looking for somebody with a strong design/presentation background that can independently take responsibility for the "presentation layer" for the materials we produce.
The role also involves identifying solutions that we will use to present the information, whether this is XML-driven manuals, interactive E-learning or Captivate or similar presentations.
Most likely, it will be a combination of all of the above.
Content will be process focused; maintenance, reusability and consistency across processes will be a key consideration when defining tools and templates, as will the ability for non-designers and non-technical experts to use templates to build process training materials quickly.
The role would suit somebody with a strong design background that is interested in working very closely with and understanding the underlying business processes.
The key responsibility will be for the presentation layer but all team members will need to be willing and able to get involved to both understand and document the complex underlying business processes.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortably working with limited supervision and within a small team, building their own relationships with other teams across MasterCard as necessary.

Major Accountabilities:

* "Presentation Layer" owner - producing high quality presentations/layouts/templates from a design perspective - aligning with corporate identity and publishing standards
* Helping to research and evaluate documentation and training tools and methods that are most appropriate for our implementation process training, working with other MC teams to leverage their existing and planned approaches.
* Producing content that describes key business processes and improving the final outputs from other team members to produce a high quality and consistent product.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree or higher, or relevant and equivalent qualification or experience.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

* Self-motivated
* Able to work independently within tight schedules on relatively complex projects
* Creative with strong presentation/design skills
* Strong written skills (English)
