Description
Support AnalystOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Support Analyst to fill a full time position. Salary is 65-90K. No relocation assistance. H1B visas can be transferred if there is at least 2.5 years still valid.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1&2 support for cross region infrastructure
- Troubleshooting and resolving root cause problems
- Use exceptional communication skills to liaise with global team
- Ensure that all systems are consistently running smoothly
Requirements
- Work experience with network administration
- Prior experience in production/application support
- Middleware technology such as Tibco
- Ability to work with servers, databases and other infrastructure technology
- Identify and resolve Triage issues
- Previous experience with Cisco systems
