Working in a specialist role alongside Audit you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing and auditing HR policy, process and procedure. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the operational and strategic challenges of managing risks associated with HR you will make recommendations for improvements to mitigate risk ensuring robust HR processes.

Working in this complex global organisation you will manage a number of senior and challenging stakeholders across HR and the Business providing a significant contribution to setting the agenda and strategic priorities for HR policy and process. You will offer subject matter HR expertise to the Audit team assessing whether operational processes are effective and meet the Group objectives, risk appetite and company values.

My client seeks an experienced professional who is strategically minded, has an appreciation of the regulatory environment and excellent stakeholder management skills, but also someone who is focused ultimately on delivery. You will need to demonstrate an appreciation for Risk/Audit and an interest to learn new skills in the area with support.

The successful candidate will be a strong, commercial generalist who is comfortable working in both a strategic and operational capacity and will meet the following criteria:

-Strong HR Generalist with particular (expertise in HR processes or HR Operations advantageous).
-Financial services experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE yet NON essential.
Understanding of a regulatory environment
-Experience working within a large complex organisation
-Some exposure to Audit and/or Risk management highly advantageous
