Role: Oracle eBusiness DBA
Locations: South County Dublin
Duration: 6-12 months daily rate contract

Software and business solutions provider is looking to add a talented and experienced Oracle eBusiness DBA to their projects team. Building on the success of 2013, this company is currently entering a period of rapid expansion and are winning a lot of new business throughout Dublin and across Ireland.
Day to Day:
Implementation, cloning and patching of Oracle Financial Databases. Core DBA duties including Performance tuning and backup/recovery of Oracle databases using RMAN and across RAC nodes. Potential for upgrade and migration projects on eBusiness suite to R12 including support.
The company is located along the DART transport service and have well equipped and modern offices. Their current team are innovative and dedicated and provide an excellent team environment to be involved with.
Skills:
- 5 years experience in database administration with Oracle 10g or 11g
- 4 years Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i or R12 experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle Core Financial Modules, particularly GL, AR, AP and CM
- Experience with all platforms an advantage, but Unix and AIX are essential
- OEM and Dataguard are a distinct advantage
- High level of verbal and written communication
