My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a Change Manager with the below skill set:

Role: Change Manager

Skills:
*Hands-on experience as a Change Manager with current and past experience in successfully managing large transformation initiatives
*Exposure to Business Transformation and IT Transformation
*Understanding of SOA and Integration
*Preferably PROSCI-Certified professional in Change Management

Experience:
*Should have worked in real-life SOA initiatives - in the capacity of change manager.
*Should have worked in SOA initiatives that involves external interfaces to outside world (Partner Applications, Supplier Applications, Third-Party integration, etc)
*Should have worked closely with Business stakeholders in seeking change sponsorship in terms of translating business vision, business strategy to change planning

Roles and Responsibilities:
*Application of formal change management methodologies, principles and practices (Example: ADKAR model)
*Identify and develop the change sponsorship model
*Integrate change management activities and schedule with the program team schedule.
*Track progress of the change management plan
*Evaluate results, address and mitigate risks
*Collect feedback from change participants and analyze feedback
*Manage resistance to change from participants. Analyze root cause and implement corrective actions.

*Change Risk Register
*Planning for Communication Kits
*Resistance Management Strategy
