Role: experienced or senior Site Acquisition BPC/FAC (Building Permit and Frame Agreement Coordinator)
Location: 50% in the office in Zaventem, Belgium and 50% on the road.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
RESIDENT IN BELGIUM IS PREFERED
Also additional information:
Amount of travel involved: 50% Deskjob/50% on the road and the daily rate will be inclusive of all business expenses.
The language used in the team is French and Dutch and English. All three languages are required.
Role description:
The Site Acquisition BPC ( Building Permit Coordinator )/FAC ( Frame Agreement Coordinator ) will work in the Site Acquisition Department
In his/her role, he/she will support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Coordination of all Building Permits and Frame Agreements in acquisition ( 2G, 3G, LTE, µWave deployment ), Deliverables quality check, general reporting, data quality management, forecast updating.
The Site Acquisition BPC/FAC will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Good communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of all legal and environmental rules in Belgium.
- Deep knowledge of all Building Permit process.
- Good knowledge of all Municipalities in at least 1 region in Belgium.
- Good negotiation skills, manly with public entities.
- Autonomous.
- Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible in terms of site acquisition progress.
- Participates in transversal projects where needed.
- Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the Site Acquisition Batch managers.
Competencies:
General:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 4 years of BPC/FAC in Acquisition and/or network deployment
- Good comprehension & experience in Site Acquisition process & flow
- In depth knowledge of the Bright & MW outsourcing acquisition contracts
- Good knowledge of telecom business
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
