emagine consulting is seeking a Change Management Support consultant for our client a Fortune 500 IT corporation.
As the project and team are virtual you can work from one of a number of international offices and a significant portion of the work can be performed from home. You will be supporting the overall change management strategy for internal Sales organization within EMEAR. The main goal is to enable stakeholders to accept and embrace changes in the new business environment.
Key Objectives
o Help the Regional PM to develop the change management plan (special attention to Training and communications)
o Understand the end to end sales process to consolidate the relevant information
o Build and deliver the change management execution for EMEAR
o Develop communication and training materials identified in the change management plan.
Skills and experience
Experience in training programs and processes (standard and Non-standard)
Excellent English spoken and written skills (level native speaker)
Able to understand content from business SME, build training material and deliver training.
Excellent team player and flexible
Confident communicator and network builder
Ability to ramp up fast, and to anticipate and adapt to change.
Willing to learn/understand the complexity of the selling processes and Operations
Process-oriented thinking, and some PM experience are a plus
Talent for working in an advanced technological environment (Webex, Teleconferences, good MS Office skills)
Can work under pressure
