SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting issues and enhancements of the following key applications:
Kronos Workforce Central
Kronos Activities and Analytics

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the business needs appropriately represented within the IT organization. This includes addressing break fix situations, system enhancements, and System Maintenance scheduling and coordination.
Responsible for working closely with the business community to document functional requirements and business processes.
Assist in the development of quality assurance artifacts including test plans and training end users.
Responsible for facilitating regularly scheduled meetings with the business community and attending regularly schedule meetings with Application Manager to:
§ Keep the business apprised of IT progress
§ Raise issues and risks associated with existing IT commitments
§ Schedule and coordinate application testing and updates to the IT production environment
The Application Analyst will work closely with the application support team to manage and prioritize break fix, application enhancement, and system maintenance efforts.
Responsible for leveraging companywide IT Tools (SM, PPM, & MKS) ensuring that the required documentation, testing and business approvals are approved for all changes to the production environment.
The role of this Analyst also includes serving as a secondary/back-up resource for other key IT systems that are utilized by EMA Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution teams as necessary.
Position is required to complete weekly on call rotation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS Degree

Minimum of five (5) years industry experience configuring, developing or modifying commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, implementing and supporting home-grown and/or COTS systems in a large-scale enterprise.
3-5 years industry experience with Kronos Workforce Central, Activities, and/or Analytics.
Experience with applications running on Windows Server.
Experience with KRONOS iSeries and migration to KRONOS WorkForce Central
Experience with iSeries Operating system utilities, Query, SQL, and/or RPG programming a plus.
