Customer Account Specialist I Job #3665, North Canton, OH
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.
Length: 6 Month Contract to Perm
Description:
Managing customer accounts to ensure timely customer payments, proactively resolving Accounts Receivable issues, and communicating accurate responses to both external and internal customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates customer account information in relation to system notes, data tables, and files.
- Identify opportunities to ensure continued customer satisfaction through the continual development and implementation of improved administrative processes and other support areas.
- Utilize and generate QMF queries to access required information related to issues such as invoice payments, service contract coverage, billed work invoicing, and product sales orders.
- Customer account asset management such as order backlogging, shipping and installation scheduling, shipped not installed, and unbilled/billed Receivables.
- Working knowledge of the following internal information systems:
- (CARMS) Customer Accounts Receivable System
- (NSCA) Service Contract Administration
- (SOP/SOARS) Sales Order Processing
- (BINQ) Billed Work System
- (CCMF) Corporate Customer Master File
- (CCEF) Corporate Customer Equipment File
- (VERTEX) Tax System, BaaN, Oracle, QMF, YSIS, and Solomon.
Requirements:
- Prefer a 4 year degree in business related field OR a minimum of 5 years customer relations/collection experience.
- Negotiation skills complemented by systems proficiency in Microsoft Office and data base applications.
- Strong personal communication (verbal and written).
