Responsible for assigned deliverables for project phases - Solution Confirmation, Design & Build, Testing and support; provide functional and technical solutions and recommendations in support of the Global Model for Procurement- Provide solution guidance, expertise and recommendations on integration and cross functional impact and assessment between Procurement and Finance, SAP SNC and Direct Materials purchases and MRP and SAP Materials Management
- Creation of functional and technical documentation, interface design confirmation and recommendations; Assess impact on SAP for approved business requirements; SAP test development and execution; Participation in solution delivery workshops as required; develop Excel Macros for PO conversion, create, change simulation and actual posting, goods receipts, invoice receipts, reversals.
- As a Subject Matter Expert, Master data, Inter-company, FI and planning and collaboration tools, MRP, SD, FI, 3rd party systems, interfaces and data migration. Worked extensively to design, build and maintained master data interfaces between ECC and Ariba using PI Middleware and GIS, GTS, EDI/ALE/BAPI technologies of SAP R/3.
- Supply chain responsibilities for Procurement: procure to pay, direct and indirect; MM: MRP, CBP, contracts, SNC, scheduling agreements, Inventory management, services & Invoices; transfer documents from ECC to SNC for SMI processes and material display.
- Finance: Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, Taxes, assets; Others: Master data, sales & distribution, interfaces, inter-company distributions, classifications and related master data, Single European Payment Area (SEPA) with new payment methods and IBAN requirements.
Extensive experience in independent project management related to architecting, designing, consulting, deploying and supporting SAP projects in Materials Management, Ariba, Master data, APO, SNC and Logistics domains in pharmaceutical, manufacturing areas
- Expert in Purchase Order output, SAP Vendor Master and Material Master Management, SAP Workflow, SNC and Ariba integration, cross functional integration with Finance functionality.
- Experience with SAP deployment in international markets and plants in EMEA, APAC, North and South America, Brazil, FMEA. Designed and developed many site specific solution to address country and plant requirements like variable data printing, import instructions, pallet instructions, attach spec documents to POs, packaging specs
- Expert knowledge to perform SAP configuration as required but not limited to; change screen layout, set up tolerances, set up invoice plan, return orders, contract and scheduling agreements, control confirmation keys, default values for doc types; Set up multiple pricing procedures, condition types, access sequence, condition tables and schemas; tax configuration for multiple countries including non-deductible, sales tax, and PO release strategy and cross functional areas.
- Expertise in Direct material purchases, Subcontracting, vendor consignment, Stock transport order and third-party processing.
- Demonstrate global vendor master data expertise in the areas that supports purchasing, payables, manufacturing quality, compliance, vendor/supplier analysis and reporting globally utilizing Enterprise portal, ECC, BSP pages and workflow. Single European Payment Area (SEPA) with new payment methods, IBAN, master data update
