FLM: Field Maintenance Engineer - Spain4 Field Maintenance Engineers are needed in Madrid and Barcelona for one of our clients, a
prestigious international Telecommunications company. Fluent Spanish and English is required
and eligibility to work in Europe. It is on contract basis. Start time is 2 in February and 2 in March
Responsibilities:
? Should have the ability to analyze issue and work out proper resolutions in a timely
manner
? Must have understanding of the overall technology of VAS network as well as
infrastructures
? Proactively identifies risks and opportunities of both business and technical? identifies
Risk Mitigation Strategies and Contingency Plans for all identified Risks. Maintains the
issue and risk matrix log
? Should be experienced in managing field operations partners
? Analyst Root
cause Analysis & Corrective/Preventive measures
? Optimist‘
Can do’ attitude
? Management of SLA and OLA between different work streams
? Build good relations with Executives/key decision makers at different Partners
? Ensuring compliance with company policy and future network strategy
? Maintain positive team work environment.
? Manages and resolves issues across multiple teams and organizations as well as
partner companies
? Assisted/supported in mapping, managing and improving business processes and
provide best practices & techniques
? Must be experienced with regular field visits across different work streams with in
operations, analyze the improvement measures and provide the recommendations and
guidance to FLM team
? Plan and develop strategies to support current and future internal and external FLM
related technical facility needs.
? Maintaining working relationships with various operating entities to enhance coordination
and cooperation and participate in cross functional committees.
Requirements:
? Telecommunication engineer
? Fluent Spanish & English speaker an
effective written and oral communicator, and
Spanish and English are mandatory for this position
? Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom/IT field operations.
