Customer Service, billing, telecom, Voip, KoreanWe are urgently seeking a Service Operations Assistant to work in Weybridge.
Rolen :Operating telecom services businesses (business mobile, landline, Mobile VoIP & SMS)by providing customer service, billing and usage analysis and report internally and to the customer. The job also involved in troubleshooting of mobile service and dealing with customers & telecom service providers in Europe.
Secondary : CT(Communication Technology) service billing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Service
" Mobile service trouble shooting
" Support various issues related mobile networks
" New mobile number issue, number porting, tariff change
" Process service orders from customer
Billing
" Manage invoices from service providers
" Produce and organize usage data from various sources in order to issue invoice to customers
Analysis
" Find trend on usage and cost
" How to minimize cost
" How to improve service
Report
" Produce monthly report for customer
" Report includes analysis mentioned above
" Mobile contract negotiation and contract arrangement
" VoIP sale Report on monthly basis
" VoIP registration on the server
" CT service billing using in house application, BOSS
SKILLS required:
1. MS Excel (High level)
2. Knowledge of telecom industries and service, but not essential
3. Knowledge of billing system and process, but not essential
4. Knowledge of mobile networks operations, but not essential
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Knowledge of customer service methods and procedures.
7. Able to speak and write in Korean is preferable, but not essential
HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects
EXPERIENCE:
" Experience in customer service and administrative work (1 ~ 4years' experience)
" Experience in telecom or IT industries would be preferable but not essential

" £22-£24k basic annual salary depends on experience
" Up to 15% discretionary bonus per annum (after passing probation period)
