Senior Consultant - Asset Management - £/dayOur client, a leading Global Asset Manager based in London, are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to assist in a Global Organisational & Departmental change initiative.
The successful Senior Consultant candidate will have the following:
- Strong consultancy background, ideally worked for a top consultancy firm across a range of change and transformation roles within Banking
- Strong knowledge of an Asset Management business and experience managing complex IT & Business change programmes is ideal but not essential
- Excellent experience of delivering Organisational and Departmental transformations, with a strong knowledge of how a technology change team operates and deep understanding of departmental processes
- The ability to shape initiatives, present executive level summaries, understand the e2e project process and deliver training and communication plans
