Senior software engineer required for a major company from the Reading area who .The role will lead to both team and project management, and give a real exposure in a multi million turnaround company.
The company are unique in what they do, designing devices within the broadcasting industry. The role has already attracted a lot of candidates, but so far the company has struggled to find the right calibre of person who can not only lead a team, but also remain hands on with full lifecycle development.

The essential skills they need in a candidate include;
- PC application software - C++
- Embedded C/C++
- Embedded Linux
- Low Level device driver experience
- Full-Lifecycle Development
Desirable Skills:
- Broadcast Industry Experience
- TCP/IP Experience
- HTML/JavaScript
