One of our well established client is urgently in need of Senior Java Developer.
Location: CDG, Paris - France
Contract
Required Skills:
Should be very good in communication, expressive, collaborate with distributed team
Hands on coding experience & deployment on Linux/Unix based environment
Understand the requirements, prepare high level design and help the team in low level design/development
Maintenance/support/enhancement of existing high level design and add new modules
Interact with multiple internal stack holders on work assignment & status on need basis.
Analyze production issues and provide input to design
Technology/Skill set:
Mandatory
Hands on working experience on in Java, J2EE, XML, JMS, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle/SQL knowledge, Linux/Solaris, Maven Build Tools, Webservices, Application Server - Weblogic, Basic Unix Scripts
Desirable
JSF/ICEFaces & Rule Engine knowledge on top of Mandatory is desirable
General
Good grasp of the fundamentals of the following:
CS101 - data structures and algorithms
OOD - abstraction, encapsulation, decomposition, patterns (GoF, JEE)
RDM - Rational database modelling (Oracle preferred, but others OK)
SQL - syntax and tuning (Oracle preferred, but others OK)
XML - SAX/DOM, XPATH/XSLT
Understanding of Linux (process, file system, inter-process communications, threads)
