For our client based in Venlo (Netherlands) we are looking for a Embedded Software Engineer.

Introduction:
In the Niagara project, the printer and scanner image processing will be implemented by software implementation. The two applications will run on separate PC's as subnodes of the main control. The scanner image processing is running as a Linux subnode. The printer image processing is running as Windows subnode, but will be transformed to Linux. Both for the scanner and printer image processing, functionality has to be added, and problems have to be fixed.
Position's main tasks:
Contribute to adding extra functionality (eg communicating information from printheads to main control, hardware checks, implement error handling/recovery, service tests). Troubleshooting and problem analysis for the implemented parts.
Need to have:
Experienced C++ Embedded software developper.
Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
Knowledge and Experience with RoseRealTime tooling (not a knockout criterium)
Affinity with image processing.
Nice to have:
Experience with image processing.
