Strategy Business Analyst Process TOM Banking BristolI am seeking a bright strategic thinking holistic business analyst/ strategy business architect to join my retail banking giant based in Bristol
Role is focused on
- Very early stage Strategy development
- Target operating models
- Operating strategy
- Stakeholder relationships
- Customer led/ customer centric role
- Working with the business partners to help develop and nurture this plan for the longer term
This is a brand new role, and you will have sole responsibility for this strategic direction and the plan of that direction
Your role will be focused on looking at the current state, and the current journey
- How can we plan this?
- How can we deliver this?
- How can we track our journey to get there
- How do we further uplift this capability?
- Embed the principals within the operating model
- Creating a plan- a tick list almost that the business can deliver long term
This is a fixed term role until December 2014, and you are treated as a permanent employee with full permanent benefits including pension and holidays. Salary is £40,,000 dependant on skill set
