Description
To Assist the area Senior Manager in the Control Environment for CB policy areas covering the Data Control & IT Security is well designed, repeatable and has accurate and added value MI reporting in place. Sub elements of CB data policies are embedded in the BAU construct of the business and proven to be fit for purpose. Actions are aligned to business risk appetite, are clearly documented and maintained in line with change appropriate. Assist with CBCF Control staff to improve control programmed. Demonstrate business embedding and MI performance of actions and improvements.Group and external regulator policies / standards are complied to at all times unless a formal waiver is obtained and approved. All risks relating to the business engagement of Data Security & IT Control policy compliance are formally recorded in the recognised divisional risk logs and mitigating action plans defined. Provide relevant policy and programme subject matter expertise and direction to CB business management and key suppliers
Ensure all staff in designated businesses have a basis understanding of data IT and Security Controls. Maintain and Build a trusted working relationship with key stakeholders in the designated areas. Hold regular meetings with Stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed of key issues. Work pro actively with Risk and Audit to prevent or if necessary respond to all audit findings, delivering mitigating solutions within required timescales.Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
