Description
As the RA Manager you will perform regulatory activities for a variety of OTC products sold across Europe to ensure continuous compliance with local regulations and international procedures.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined portfolio of products within the EU Regulatory Affairs environment
- To identify and communicate regulatory issues which affect the competitiveness of the product
- Provide registration and compliance advice across the company
- Create and maintain good working relationships with other business functions (sales, marketing, finance etc.)
- Develop regulatory strategies
- Ensure all regulatory activity, pack copy and promotional material comply with the relevant regulations
- Liaise regularly with external agencies
- Manage and mentor up to 3 direct reports
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant life science or chemistry degree; have a minimum of 4 year's regulatory affairs experience ideally in OTC or Consumer Health products. Experience working in a fast moving consumer healthcare environment is strongly preferable. You should be a motivated, driven, confident and influential individual with excellent problem solving, communications and computer skills.
