An iconic organisation is currently recruiting for a Senior Planner to work for one of their end clients on the Heysham Nuclear Power Plants. The work you do will be leading the schedules around reinvestment and refurbishment works on the operating plants. As a senior you will be in an authorities position and be expected to take a lead in the planning of projects on site. This company also expects employees to provide a consultative approach their work, being pro-active in their planning and working as part of a team.

The company recruiting for these roles provide a consultative approach to clients offering a full project controls solution for large scale engineering projects on a global level. Renowned for its expertise in cost control, planning and project management it is currently in operation across a diverse number of projects in the UK and overseas in sectors such as nuclear, petrochemical, oil & gas, renewables, power and utilities.

For the right candidate salaries are being offered at a range between £50,000 - £55,000 plus a generous benefits package which includes the following:

* If staying away from home - accommodation, travel and sustenance costs are all expensed!
* 25 days annual leave per annum plus 8 days paid bank holidays per annum (pro-rata for part time staff or for part years worked)

The key indicators that my client is looking for are:

* Primavera 6 knowledge
* Senior level candidates (7 years + experience ideally)
* Nuclear industry experience (Essential)
* UK security clearance
