Description
Manage specification data sets that will involve enriching by the Suppliers. A supplier data portal will be used for managing all communication. Data sets will be reviewed by global team members and data will be moved to various new tables depending on the results of the review. This temporary position will be required to manage all the resulting data sets, assure they are complete and manage the process of getting them reviewed and enriched by external sources. Will work 30-40 hours a week.SKILLS:
Requirements:
- The individual for this role will need to be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Will be tracking the update status of up to 1000 spreadsheets at a time.
- A strong aptitude in working in Excel and the capability to manage spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills required both with Global Internal Team as well as Global External suppliers.
- Will need the ability to manage complexity and keep up with rapidly changing statuses.
- Can create strategy and structure that will allow for managing multiple work-streams simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask and balance changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible work hours required for global project as there may be meetings outside of core work times.
- Knowledge of managing work flow via computer customer portal system a plus.
- BS preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in data management required.
