IT Desktop Support 12-13 Euros per hour - 12 months - Dublin
We are currently recruiting for an IT Desktop Support specialist, working across clients sites in Dublin providing 1st line support to internal users. This role will be responsible for being the 1st point of contact for all IT support issues into a busy IT Service desk with regards to issues around desktops, laptops, printing and mobile technologies.
The successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of IT Systems Administration to ensure the smooth and continuous running of IT systems, they'll also be providing support to all operating systems (predominantly Windows) and other company wide applications.
Key technical requirements:
*Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
*Experience of working as part of a busy IT Helpdesk.
*Knowledge of IT Hardware systems, Laptops, Desktops and Printers.
