Description
Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP Senior consultant or Project manager with Change Request Management experience.The key important thing are:
- FI CO, but good transversal vision for integration with SD/MM
- Technical skills on IDOCs with specification for PI
You would be required to lead a Change Request Management for Finance team. You would lead SAP (FI-CO/MM/SD) change requests and also coordinate some Mainframe in-house applications in Finance domain changes as well.
You will work closely with the different teams involved in the project which will include: the Project coordinator, 3rd parties' providers, IT and IS finance departments and business key users.
The most important factors here will be strong knowledge of FI CO and good integration experience with SD/MM. in addition to this, technical skills with IDOCs and specification for PI
The following services should be performed:
1. To take responsibility for organizing SAP Change Request (FI - CO- SD-MM)
2. To lead archiving project on SAP Finance
3. To lead change management request team (will help to build the appropriate team)
4. To analyse SAP change request and organize customization analysis and specifications,
5. To take responsibility for the GAP analysis with the solution already implemented.
6. To define the detailed System Specifications for Development Team.
7. To respect costs, timescales and resources planned. Alerts where these deviate from agreed tolerances
8. To monitor the Build & testing phases with Offshore development team.
9. To participate for client communication on the scope in charge
10. To participate to Change meeting review and gives status progress for the scope in charge
11. To take into account and communicates impacts in/out of the scope in charge
12. To track activities against the plan
13. To identify risks and propose countermeasures
14. To provide regular and accurate reports to IS management and client management as appropriate.
15. To lead a team of 5-10 persons
16. To work closely with the application support team
Skills required:
1. SAP R/3 FI-CO, configuration and customizing/8 years experience
2. SAP R/3 SD/MM experience would be appreciated.
3. Team management experience
4. SAP technical skills in IDOC, XI, ABAP, interface development.
5. Experience with Offshore development teams
6. Experience in Industry, ideally Automotive
7. International experience (Europe) in term of Project Management
8. SOLMAN (BPML-and change) experience would be appreciated
9. Fluent in English

Techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects.
