E-learning/Training materials/Business Development/Process Analyst/Excel/Access
IDPP is currently looking for an E-learning content designer to be based in Brussels (Waterloo) and to be part of the Customer Implementation Services team producing training materials that allow customers to quickly and easily understand what they need to do to complete various implementation processes for a multinational Financial Service Company.
The prefect candidate will have strong technical background and strong business/process analysis skills.
The job will be 50% tools related (Excel and Access) and 50% business/process analysis and documentation. The role is a business-technologist role so it's suitable for somebody with a strong development background as well as business analysis, process improvement and documentation experience.
Experience and skills:

Tools and technology owner/expert: Excel based task tracking tool and for advising in the selection, use and integration of other tools

Helping to reach and evaluate documentation and training tools and methods

Helping to build the content and managing the population of the content into the tool

Programming/development
-
Strong technical skills: Excel, Access

Process improvement and process documentation projects, including process diagrams, process improvement methodologies

Alternative project management (task tracking) tools such as MS Project

Training experience - building training content across various media

Building content in XML and working with Content Management and Publication systems and methodologies such as Adobe, oXygen, Arbortext, DITA

Experience building E-learning, process documentation and dynamic training content using tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate
