The Change Manager Team Finance is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all changes (including new development) in its domain. Effective means timely, rapidly, cost-effectively, with quality, and focusing on delivering business value through working software. Working software means working end-2-end, therefore needing close cooperation with the other Change Teams, as well as with the other parties in the chain.

Skills and requirements

Education
*Academic or HBO education, in Information Technology or another relevant area

Experience
*Minimal 7 years of experience in a professional IT environment
*Line management experience is an advantage
*Agile Scrum is essential
*Experience with complex environments with multiple chains, preferably within a Telco environment

Special knowledge
*Fluent command of English is required
*Dutch is an advantage

Duties:

*Delivery of software development: you are responsible for timely delivery of changes with high quality at low cost that contribute to the business purposes of the business. You work closely with your Business Product Owners and act as strong sparring partner for them to realise their business goals. You ensure appropriate sizing and skilling of your Scrum Teams, and you drive effective working and continuous improvement. You also collaborate closely with your colleague managers, not only colleague Change Teams, but also IT Infrastructure, IT Support, IT CIO Office (Strategy and Architecture), and Network Operations & Engineering to ensure solutions that work end-2-end, are stable, can be supported, and follow the long term architecture.

*People management: as a line manager, you are responsible for the people management of 4 employees, supplemented with a variable number of external persons from partners and some specialists for specific projects.

*Other management responsibilities:You are responsible for ensuring quality of your teams' deliveries. You have responsibility for controlling costs and signalling to Product Owner when business decisions are needed. You manage your partners and suppliers. You ensure adherence to standards and drive improvement of standards.
