Description
I am currently seeking a medical devices product development engineer for a 9 month project within Switzerland.In this role you will be responsible for design, development and maintenance activities.
Further duties and responsibilities (not limited too)
- Design and development of new powered surgical instruments
- Develop improvements and modifications to current products
- Responsible for the product design
- Contact person for technical questions/issues of existing products
- Participate/lead product development projects
- Works with different stakeholders for design requirements, design concept development, prototype and cadaver evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 2 years proven practical experience a product development engineer
- Medical Devices background
- Good knowledge in EU MDD, US FDA, PAL
- Fluent in German and English
