A project manager/business analyst to join the Financial Regulatory Reform (FRR) program to take on a key role across both business analysis as well as portfolio management activitiesThis role will have a multiple set of responsibilities that include business analysis, portfolio management and project management. This role requires a good understanding of formal SDLC and governance practices, and the ability to work in a global environment with personnel from different functions and teams.
This role requires a solid understanding of commodity trading (physical and OTC/exchange/brokered) within the context of compliance and regulatory reporting.
Key Requirements
- Experience of identifying, negotiating and agreeing requirements with business customers and translating them into IT solutions through further analysis with architecture, developers and testers.
- Experience of complex trading environments and associated systems
- Experience as a project manager in formal SDLC environments.
- Experience with key commodity trading systems in the context of regulatory reporting, such as: Dodd Frank, EMIR, and MiFID.
- Energy trading business process and system controls (SOX and operational) and related best practices.
- Strong, confident and persuasive style that is complemented by well-developed listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Full project life-cycle experience from requirements gathering through testing, then implementation and early life support.
- Experienced in the lifecycles of data and how data interacts with processes.
- Experienced in basic SQL and Business Objects
