I'm currently seeking a few talented frontend software engineers for an absolutely brilliant development team based in Cork. This would be an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the industry with high coverage of some very well known brands! I'm looking for junior and senior frontend software engineers with strong JavaScript skills and preferably exposure to JavaScript frameworks to join a fantastic, passionate and friendly team. As part of this innovative engineering team you will have the opportunity to work with the most cutting edge technologies to provide creative solutions for their customers. You will get to work in top class brand new open plan offices and also have the responsibility to work on your own projects within the team.
This development team is expanding rapidly with a very well known presence in Ireland and the UK and is currently breaking into markets in Europe and the US. You will work as part of a very innovative engineering team which constantly deliver the future of the product's suite. This is truly an excellent opportunity if you are career driven and have a real passion for frontend development.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in keeping up to date with technology and be able to show this with examples e.g. personal projects or attending events in the industry. Anyone that can demonstrate creativity is an advantage. Ideally if you are situated in Cork or have planned to move there and if you are fluent in English, the process can be started immediately for the right candidates. You have to be eligible to work in Ireland fulltime.
Requirements:
- 1-3years experience for the junior positions
- 4+years experience for the senior positions
- Strong background in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks e.g. AngularJS, ExtJS, BackboneJS etc
- Good knowledge of UI/UX design patterns
- Any additional projects that you can show is an advantage (masters projects, personal projects etc)
- Experience working with SQL databases is a benefit
- Fluency in English is essential
