Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client, a leading financial institution to assist them in the recruitment of a Data Governance Manager and a Data Quality Manager to join their Reporting function.The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of information throughout the function, including quality, the management of the data, data policies and processes.
You will work closely with other members of the team, and stakeholders across the business to understand their data, how it is handled to promote best practice and reduce error. You will also contribute to the development of data management strategies and policies.
The successful candidate will have experience ideally gained in the financial services industry with strong knowledge of data management, data governance and be highly numerate with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
The Data Quality Manager will work alongside the Data Governance Manager, as well as with Data Domain Owners, Data Owners and Data Stewards to produce individual data asset quality criteria and business rules.
