Our client, based in Brussels and active in Finance/Insurance related services, is currently looking for an Identity and Access Management Project Manager
Context of the need:
Today, whenever our client launches a new application, authorization controls are reinvented, causing a slowdown in the time-to-market of new applications, increases investment cost and increases the risk of fraud.
The project will:
* Standardize and simplify architecture landscape by using a central repository for access governance
* Automate as much as possible the provisioning of the target systems
* Aggregate authoritative and target system automatically as much as possible
* Have a high available, scalable solution
* Decommissioning of redundant components
Description
The mission is to manage the IAM related project.
The main objectives of this project are:
* Efficiently re-certify access rights of the most critical applications
* Be compliant with the audit recommendations
* Ensure that employees of Corporate P&C do not have more than the necessary access rights to perform their job at any moment in time for the most critical applications
* Have Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes in place
* Be able to efficiently request or revoke access rights
* Be able to provide reports to auditors
EXPECTED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
* Good professional Project Management experience.
* Have served as Project Manager on at least 5 projects, for the full project life cycle.
* Proven ability to meet project deadlines and work effectively within time constraints.
* Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions.
* Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to interpret business objectives and successfully incorporate those objectives into the project.
* Certification in project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent project management certification. (MANDATORY)
* Proficiency in project planning and control techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
EXPECTED TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles (MANDATORY)
OTHER SKILLS
* Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Languages: English (MANDATORY) and French or Dutch. The knowledge of a third language is an asset.
