11 Month Assignment - Dublin

Leading online advertising and enterprise 'cloud' solutions provider, with state of the art HQ in Dublin.

Language requirements: English OR English + French

Enterprise team helps small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies discover the wonders of "the cloud" and work smarter through all sorts of business and office productivity apps.

Our technical and sales teams design and implement solutions for these organisations with custom features, security and support - with philosophy of innovation and ease of use in mind!

As a result we are looking for an experienced outbound demand generation professional who has strong territory planning and pipeline creation skills. This role will focus on positioning Apps for Business solutions in the Mid-Market segment UK/Ireland OR France. The successful candidate will work directly within the EMEA Enterprise Demand Management team, and will also work within the broader Global Enterprise DM team.

Responsibilities:

* Work with sales and marketing colleagues to develop and execute a sales territory plan to ensure maximum coverage in Mid Market segment accounts employees)
* Specific focus is on growing the territory pipeline by uncovering new business opportunities with new customers
* Deliver against specific opportunity and pipeline creation goals via phone and email outreach activities * Manage a fast moving, volume business to ensure a high quantity and quality of work is processed in line with market expectations
* Effectively navigate Mid Market accounts using solid understanding of company organisation structures to successfully identify target contacts
* Excellent questioning skills to deeply understand prospect business pains and solution needs
* Articulating the business benefits of Applications solutions for both IT and line of business users

Preferred qualifications:

* Third level Degree or Masters Qualification.
* 2-3 years of sales experience in the enterprise or small to medium business market.
* Demonstrable overachievement of targets.
* Strong sales skills including qualification, solution matching, influencing and objection handling
* Fluency and excellent business level in English.
* Capacity to comprehend the business pains and issues associated with selling enterprise applications
* Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
* Expertise in demand generation and prospecting in new markets from campaign conception to pipeline creation.
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
* Ability to learn new sales skills and technologies.
* Strong desire to overachieve goals and targets.
