Description
We are seeking a service delivery manager with SAP Knowledge for a project based in Gothenburg or Stockholm.
Requirements
- Aware of ASM processes and ITIL framework
- Worked on Onsite/Offshore Model. - Able to translate the requirement.
- Experience of working with offshore teams and understand the proposed solution and explain the same to business.
- SAP - Knowledge specifically O2C process knowledge would be added advantage
- Strong communication and business skills.
- Swedish and English speaking is must
