Description
The role is responsible for ensuring the data in the Supplier Management System (SMS SQ) is accurate and complete.- Work with colleagues to acquire information on contractor data
- Work with representatives to verify contractor data
- Make physical data changes to the SMS SQ system
- Identify system enhancement and implement changes
- Provide status to team leads and project managers
- Assist with IT audit related activities
- Work on identifying opportunities to maintain accurate contractor data
SKILLS:
- Intermediate SAP experience required. Demonstrated ability to work with SAP computer systems
- BS (or equivalent), preferably in a discipline that will aid in understanding systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with web or system based databases
- Problem solving ability (ability to recognize symptoms of problems or situations that require further evaluation, analyze symptoms to determine potential causes, suggest possible corrective actions)
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to work with and retain information of a confidential nature
- Project management skills
