Description
Looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist (budgetary development and financial progress reporting) to work in Brussels on a 3 + 3 month contract for an international Defence Agency.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
Master's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or business, Bachelors + 4 years of experience, 8 years of relevant experience Detailed knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) in financial planning and management concepts and tools. Detailed knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in financial and accounting rules in general, and in internal finance and accounting systems. Proficiency with financial tools that support Programme/Project processes. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Shall be fluent in written and spoken English, as the work is conducted in English. Shall possess a NATO SECRET security clearance provided by the national security organisation valid at the time of submission of the bid covering the period of the requirement.
