A leading start-up in the heart of Sydney is looking for Software engineers with exceptional experience with Java & Scala to join their rapidly growing team. Our client is the best start up, delivering SaaS cloud, mobile and commerce solutions to some of the biggest Tier 1 investment banks in the world, Telco’s and large multi-national retailers.
What you’ll need;
- Excellent core Java experience
- Scala
- Spring 3, Hibernate 3
- Guava
- Mysql5
- Git
- Nice to have’s; Ruby, Groovy, Akka, Play, Hadoop, AWS
What we want;
- Polyglot developers (specialism in Java).
- Talk about new tech and ideas.
- Learn from failure to make things better.
- Work with a legacy code base and improve it.
- Speak to customers to understand requirements.
- Solve problems, be it code or process.
