Description
The Epic Systems Analyst will support Epic Security and Data Courier modules, specifically to enable efficient end user and project team access. This position will install, configure, administer, and support the systems under the guidance of a senior member of the Epic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first level of support
- Triage systems problems related to modules
- Assist in upgrade of applicable software or enhancements to existing workflows.
- Participate in team and cross-team meetings
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must obtain epic certification within one year of employment date
- Hands on experience with relevant Epic modules
- Database management experience
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine technology problems
