Description
We are looking for a C#/BI Developer to work at our multinational client in Stockholm
/Sweden.
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant
- Documenting the technical requirements and updating/completing the MIS basic business documentation, including use cases, stakeholder analysis, requirement catalogue, business processes
- The development should be based on the specifications requested and should fully take into account the experience gained since the launch of the MIS, as well as the interface with other internal or external systems when needed.
- Further developing the application, based on technical requirements;
- Further improving its integration with other relevant applications, and internal needs;
- Developing additional modules in the system (eg dashboards, time management, project management, report templates) using .net, Silverlight and Telerik controls;
Educational and experience
- University degree with excellent knowledge of .net 4.0 framework, C #, SharePoint, Visual Studio, Silverlight using Model-View-ViewModel pattern (MVVM),with at least 6 years of experience as a developer;
- Knowledge and minimum 6 years experience with systems of reporting and Business Intelligence (Microsoft Reporting Service, Transact SQL, MS SQL server)
- Knowledge and experience developing Web Services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Team Foundation Server;
- Proven experience in the use of Prince2;
- Proven analytical skills;
- Profiency in Unified Modelling Language (UML);
- Profiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP);
- Experience with agile software development (for instance, Scrum)
- Proven experience in designing databases;
- Be able to interpret and understand complex business procedures;
- Be able to understand and analyse technical requirements;
- Very good command of English; oral and written
- Very good organisational skills: a planned approach to tasks and ability to prioritize;
- Very good communication skills;
Advantageous are:
- Experience of working in an international working environment;
- Experience of working in a public sector environment;
Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
