Description
Our client requires a Service Manager Expert - Dutch Speaking for Service Manager 9. A functional manager with at least the knowledge of HP SM - training "Experienced ' level.
Someone who inquisitiveness (content and skills) and pre to ' WO - work/level of thinking." Someone who really understands how the system (Service Manager 9) works to analysing incidents/problems and designing solutions to user requests.
Knowledge:
ITIL processes and understanding of how they are applied in practice;
Critical sparring partner for the user organization;
Internal processes can not perform alone but also to analyze and improve;
Knowledge of and experience with configuring Service Manager 9.x;
2nd line analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
The ability to configure SM9 following the changing needs of the organization;
The ability to assess functional designs;
Understanding of the technical operation of SM9;
(2nd line analysis and resolution of incidents and problems);
To evaluate engineering designs;
Critical and substantive sparring SM specialists (by OPS Portal).
Pre:
Knowledge of Release Control, CMDB and uCMDB.
