Mobile development coordinator
Description
In a web development department, your responsibility is to coordinate the development of native or in-app browsing mobile applications, to participate to the pre-development analysis and to report on the status of the mobile projects.
You will have to work closely with the developers and business stake holders
Based on business requirements and the nature of the application, you can define a delivery planning in agreement with business and the development team
Your past experiences give you a strong background to assess the feasibility of the requirement.
You follow up the fixing of the issues and participate to the final GO for delivery.
You are comfortable in working with business stakeholder.
You have a very good and professional experience on functional analysis.
You are interested in telecommunication in general.
A good and improving team spirit in an agile environment is something you want to contribute to.
Your role
Pre-development phase
* Participate to the workshop to understand business requirements
* Discuss the feasibility of the requirements and the various Operating systems
* High level estimation exercise
* Define the high level planning with development team
* Participate in the analysis of the solution
Development phase
* Technical Coordinator of the project
* Point of contact for developers for questions regarding requirements
* Point of contact for developers for question regarding other technical teams
Report Testing phase
* on progress of the project in a structured way
* Represent the team as the project core meetings
* Communication about the various test versions
* Collect information about issues and coordinate the fixes with the development team
* Report on status of defects in a structured manner
* Participate in the defects meetings
* Making sure tests are planned and quality is guaranteed
Production phase
* Maintain and communicate the release planning
* Communicate the release notes
General tasks
* Point of contact for all mobile related question for the team
Skills and knowledge
* Experience in analysis of mobile solutions
* Experience in development on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, native application
* Experience in web development (HTML5 is an asset, for in-app browsing)
* Used to work with agile methodologies (Scrum)
* Experience in coordinating a team, responsible for mobile development
* Experience of coordinating a remote partner
* Good communication skills (oral or written communication)
* English is mandatory. Dutch and/or French optional
