Spend Manager - Strategy, Contract, Procurement - France Contract

A leading Consultancy is looking for an experienced Spend Manager for a position based in Paris.

You must be fluent French speaker and be willing to live in Paris for the duration of the contract.

The Spend Manager will translate the customer expectations and requirement into deliverables and will serve as the coordinator in the execution of the following tasks:
Sourcing strategy definition and implementation:
o Serve as single point of entry for the Customers to leverage sourcing and Category Management support
o Operates as Quality checker for deliverables
o Develop Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management Plan
o Lead Stakeholders requirements gathering
o Identify and Evaluate Opportunity
o Profile Category internally and externally in coordination with category Management team
o Develop recommendation on Category Sourcing Strategy
o Channel the workload towards the competent team (ie Sourcing Utility, Category Management)
o Lead direct negotiation with Vendor
o Coordinate contract implementation
o Serve as Liaison between Client's internal Stakeholders, Suppliers and Sourcing function
Demand Management:
o Analyze and Forecast Demand
o Prioritize and find creative solutions to meet timelines and cost targets
o Create and Manage sourcing and Contract management Pipeline
o Generate Compliance Reports
o Analyze Reports & Provide Recommendations
Supplier Performance Management
o Collect and Analyze Supplier Performance Data
o Evaluate Supplier Relationships and Performance
o Conduct Supplier Performance Meeting
o Monitor Supplier Relationships & Performance
Contract and Compliance Management:
o Provides on-site advice to Accenture's business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters. Responsible for initiating, tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation.
o Uses standardized processes and tools to blend contract compliance with commercial know-how and practicality and focus on contract compliance and risk mitigation, protecting and enhancing margins.
o Track and report compliance on agreed service commitments
o Identify actions related to service request performance issues, improvements and trends
o Maintain Issue and Risk log. Follow up on open items to drive on-time closure
o Capture minutes of the meet from the status calls and share with key stakeholders
o Provide negotiation support as required
o Identifies and escalates non-compliance issues to appropriate Contract Manager
o Act as a liaison between the client, project team and/or business unit and Legal in case of deviations/change on specific clauses
