Senior Citrix Support Engineering Service - German And French Speaking Or German And Dutch Speaking
We are looking for a German speaking Citrix support engineering services. This contractor will manage remotely the Citrix environment of 50Hz (Germany/Berlin).
Tasks:
Administration and development of the Citrix server platform, taking into account the systems involved (Xen Server, Xen App, NetScaler and SMSPasscode )
Monitoring, change and patch management of the Citrix client and server environment
Implementation of provisioning and profile virtualization
Implementation of recoveries should a disaster occur and ensure optimal 2nd/3rd level support
Further development of our Citrix landscape
Process optimization of the entire virtualization environment
Operating and installation documentation for the above areas
Manage (day to day) = second-level support, pick up cases helpdesk can't solve.
Additional information:
The profile must have:
Computer science degree, training as a specialist for system integration or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience as a systems administrator of Xen environments, Netscaler and SMSPasscode environments with Microsoft server operating systems 2008 R2/2012 R2 and in an ESX environment
CCA/CCAA or similar Certification preferred but not a must
Knowledge of PowerShell desirable
Other Important non-technical skills
Must be a team player
Must have planning and organizational skills (working with strict deadlines - must be able to cope with stress).
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to communicate fluent (oral + written) in German and English. Speaking and understanding French OR Dutch is a must (both is a plus)
Must be able to work independently
Customer minded.
Able to learn new products-environments quickly.
Must be accountable and is NOT a 9 to 5 worker
Workplace will be Brussels. During the startup phase or during important projects it will be possible that presence in Berlin is necessary. Travel cost will be paid by the client.
