Our client is a Walloon group active in several sectors (gas/electricity distribution, Finance, Telecommunications). The Telecommunication entity is the one targeted here, and as part of the implementation of new websites for the company, they are urgently looking for a Senior PM with proven expertise in media and/or television.
You will be a member of the web team.
Function Description:
Full responsible for understanding the needs for all stakeholders.
Creation and validation of consensus.
Responsible for the implementation of the decisions of steerCo.
Definition of business architecture and business specification guidelines to increase business maturity .
Regular reporting on the state of the project.
Quality, planning and scope management.
SPOC with suppliers.
Required knowledge/experience:
Gathering, analysing, writing and communicating web specs:
Business requirements.
Web marketing analysis and strategy.
Process formalization (workflows).
Web UI wireframes (mobile UI is a plus).
User-Experience methodologies (personas/storytelling/user scenarios/mental models)
E-commerce, E-business, web platforms
Web strategy
Knowledge of UML is important
Knowledge of Prince2 and Scrum/Agile is a plus.
Test specifications, test scenarios, management of test reports.
Language: Fluent in French, Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Experience:
Min 7 years of relevant experience (Web-related Project Management, transactional applications, E-commerce)
Proven professional experience in the telco and or media-television market is a plus.
Broad affinity for e-Marketing and web User Experience.
Interest for high-tech and telecommunications : mobile phone, web tv/smart tv, Internet, social networks
