Description
Main Duties
- Development of reporting applications with an emphasis on QlikView and ETL.
- Interpreting risk data across different asset classes.
- Liaising with different stakeholders (Risk Managers, Risk Project teams, IT) in order to draw up work schedules.
Person Requirements
Essential Skills
- Developing, testing and deploying documents in a QlikView Version 11 environment.
- ETL using SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Server 2008 R2.
- Good SQL skills with an emphasis on experience with T-SQL.
- Experience with rapid application development to meet strict business requirements in a Risk environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of working with large datasets (1m+ records).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AutoSys and Perforce.
Business Knowledge
- Knowledge of Credit and Market Risk terminology and techniques.
- Understanding of the financial products and the ability to apply this understanding to reporting requirements.
