IT Change Manager French Or Dutch Speaking
Drive the standardization of Infrastructure (creation of business cases for standardization, evaluation of technologies and tools, creation of reference architectures and support the Delivery teams)
Architecture of Future Infrastructure platforms; work with Business and other coleagues to collect requirements; evaluate new platforms how they can be standardized and create reference platform architectures
Support Application Teams in delivering Applications on platforms and work as a Solution Architect on projects
Provide overall direction and definition of the enterprise’s technical architecture to effectively support the business foundational strategies.
Enhance and resolve issues with performance associated with the enterprise infrastructure
Manage the development of requirements and assist in the selection of enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions
Incorporate current industry trends and applicable products into the architectures
Mentor others in technology evaluations, technical designs, and technical implementations
Develop short/long term technology and capability roadmaps
Maintain asset data
Establish capacity requirements, infrastructure cost estimates and delivery timeframes.
Ensure infrastructure design/deployment considers customer objectives for cost and deployment standards.

• Familiarity with native OS tools for performance and capacity analysis, including scripting.
• Experience with high volume data platforms, appliances, and technologies
• Experience with RDBMS stacks (eg MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Server: Linux, Windows, HPUX, Solaris, Virtualization
• AD with integrated Radius and CA
• Storage SAN, NAS Shared and Dedicated Storage Platforms based on EMC VMAX/VPLEX, DMX-4, HP XP24K
• Cluster solutions based on OS mentione above
• Networks (Firewalling, Switching, Routing, Software Defined Networking, loadbalancing)
• Protocols (IP, OSPF, BGP, VRF, HSRP,FTP,…)
• Fundamental understanding of IT processes and operational procedures.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations. In English and Dutch or french.
• Knowledge of third party OS tools for performance, monitoring, and capacity analysis (HP OpenView, SiteScope, OEM grid controls, etc.)
EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (eg Engineering, Computer Software, etc.) required
• 10+ years of experience in multiple IT areas that include analysis, design, evaluation, and development
