Contract Hardware Design Engineer - Dorset

Our client located in Dorset has a contract requirement for a Hardware Design engineer. Experience of motor drives would be beneficial for the role as one of the main tasks will involve circuit design including services SMPS, power H bridge & circuit calculation. Any previous Automotive experience and use of the Altium EDA tool suite will be beneficial.

Key Skills:

- Circuit Design
- Prototype testing.
- Contribution to FMEA and other design reviews.
- Schematic entry using Altium Designer.
- Reliability performance calculation and design decisions.
- Technical documentation.
- Component selection.
