The role for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Use of your persuasion, networking and headhunting skills to contact both candidates and clients
Winning new business so you can create your own client base
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting suitable candidates for your client's roles
Generating and sourcing leads
Negotiating with clients and candidates over their employment package
Making a name for yourself within your niche
