Customer Service Manager - Contract - LondonCustomer Service Manager required by my client, a top-tier Investment Bank, to manage an indiviual SSAS/SIPP portfolio and be responsible for all aspects of scheme administration.
This opportunity for a Customer Service Manager offers a 9-Month contract based in Central London, offering £180 per day.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Manager:
- Manage internal/external customer queries whilsts considering FSA principles
- Build relationships with clients and maintain management of client files
- Assess operational risks inherent in the business
- Good working knowledge of Financial Services and Markets Act and Money Laundering Deterrence Regulations and Group Procedures necessary
